Your role is essential in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

You will be spending the majority of your time cleaning residents’ rooms, communal areas, and handling laundry tasks. Our team values the hard work and dedication you bring, ensuring that our residents feel at home.

A typical day as a Domestic

An activity coordinator plays an extremely important role within the life of our service users.

Your duties will include cleaning communal areas as well as residents rooms, ensuring bathrooms, sinks and toilets are cleaned regularly whilst always ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.

As well as just cleaning it is beneficial to be empathic and enjoy being around the residents. This helps build good relationships between the staff and the residents, ensuring a better environment for everyone.

You will make a huge difference to our lovely service users and will quickly become a special part of their beautiful life. 

What we are looking for

An enthusiastic, confident and caring individual with a vibrant personality. The successful candidate will have a fantastic eye for detail, be reliable and have great communication skills whilst also being able to work independently

The natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life will allow you to excel in your role as a Domestic/Cleaner.

You might be an experienced carer  looking to progress into our organization or you might be someone looking to take the first step in the world of care. Whatever your current position, we are looking for someone who takes pride in everything they do and is willing to learn and develop. Experience is not essential.
